Field Day 2004
June 26 and 27, 2004. Terry Drake, KD5JPB was this year's Field Day chairman and Greg King, W5GEK was Co-Chairman.
The following hams were in charge of the folowing areas:
Ben Jones, AC5SU - CW station and digital modes demo
Jeff Sykes, K5VU - SSB station
Jim Armstrong, AK5J - QRP station
Bill White, K5BLL - GOTA station
Guy Harrell, KD5QQG - talk-in station
Greg King, W5GEK - 802.11 demo, Field Day logging program, International Space Station
Johnny Kazeminezhad, W5PFR - antenna set-up
Jimmie Myers, KD5FUY - club generator and brisket(!!!)
Brad Gambil, KM5WN - club generator
John Jenkins, KD5GGF - safety officer, tents & tables set-up
Bob Bullock, K5RWB and John Davis, W5AUB - Media & Public Relations
Ron, AB5WF and Jan Brown - Food(!!!)
In addition we had two portable towers, each on a trailor with a portible generator. These towers were "on loan", one from the MS Dept. of Transportation, the other from the Mississippi State Department of Health. We thank these agencies for the loan of their equipment!

Directions to church: Take I-55 South of I-20 to Exit 85, the Byram Exit. Go up exit ramp to light - turn left (onto Siwell Rd.) and go across overpass through 2 traffic lights - go straight ahead (heading East) - road narrows to 2 lane - church just ahead on right - turn into parking lot - Fellowship Hall entrance is behind new Worship Center.
