Admission, Registration, & Ticket Sales Polices
Admission Price: Adults 13 and older $6.00 Children 12 and under admitted free
with paying adult.
Doors open for Dealers at 1:00 PM Friday and for Flea-Market participants at 3:00 PM Friday. Dealers and Flea-Market patrons must wear their Admission Badge at all times. Doors open to the Public at 5:00 PM Friday and at 8:00 AM Sunday. The Dealaer/Flea Market doors will open for Dealers/Flea Market patrons ONLY at 7:00 AM Saturday.
*The $6.00 provides for admission to the entire Hamfest, one Grand Prize
ticket, and one Hamfest button or badge. Button is good for both days.
*A person can buy as many raffle tickets at $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 as desired.
*Main entrance ticket sales open Friday, 4:45-8:00 PM, and on Saturday 7:45-3:30
Dealers do not have to pay the admission fee. Their dealer credentials (a special badge) will be issued by the Hamfest coordinator at the back door security area. They do not get a door prize ticket unless they buy one.
Flea Market table patrons must purchase the $6.00 admission. There should be at least one admission ticket seller station at the back door Friday afternoon to sell admission tickets and collect Table Fees if any are due from Dealers and Flea Market table patrons as they enter the Hamfest.
At least one person will be stationed at the arena doors at all times to prevent entrance without paying.
FCC Examinations will be held outside the arena in the lobby meeting room area. Examinees DO NOT PAY any admission fees to enter the testing area. However, if examinees wish to enter the hamfest arena, they must pay an admission fee.
State Law: NO SMOKING inside the building.
