Hamfest Table Information



As we are using an online Table Reservation system it is requested at all Dealers and Flea Market Participants fill out the online reservation form. Those that rent tables Friday evening and Saturday Morning will be required to fill out copies of the online Reservation Form before being assigned tables.


Table pricing is: Dealer/Vendor Tables $25.00/table, Flea Market (Non-Dealer) tables $15.00/table. Dealers are defined as Individuals or Companies that use the proceeds of hamfest sales as a source of income for their company. Government and Served Agencys, e.g., National Weather Service, Salvation Army, MARS, and SERA may also be considered Dealers. Individuals or companies that register as Dealers but do not pay the per table Dealer fee will not receive any of the perks that the Hamfest provides to it's registered dealers. These perks include but are not limited to the following: one admission fee per table is included with each table purchased; earlier unloading and setup times; one meal served Friday evening and Saturday lunch per table purchased; admission to the Dealer Hospitility room; and if desired pre-registration for the following year's hamfest.


The normal time for Dealer Setup is 1:00 PM Friday. Dealers that need to unload Trucks are given preference in unloading times and for these Dealers an earlier setup time is possible.


Flea market unloading will begin at 3:00 PM Friday. Saturday Morning Setup begins at 7:00 AM for Dealers and Flea Market participants.


All tables in Table Blocks A and N are reserved for Dealers only, these tables are $25.00/table. Tables in all other table blocks may also be reserved by Dealers but at the current Dealer Table rate. All tables except those that are as Reserved for Dealers will be rented on a first come - first served basis. The Serial Number assigned to by the database will be used to determine which reservation was received first. Your serial number will appear on the subject line of your table assignment and payment received emails.

All tables are furnished with one chair. Additional chairs are must be furnished by the person renting the table(s).


110 VAC outlets are spaced at regular intervals in the floor of the Trade Mart. Those needing electrical service must provide their own extension cords and a way to safely attach the wiring to the floor of the Trade Mart.


All Dealer and Flea Market Participants must be out of the building by 5:00 PM Saturday.


The State Tax Commission requires that all Dealers and Flea Market Participants pay 7% Sales tax on all sales.
