New JARC Member Email service
As a perk of JARC Membership email accounts for JARC members well be opened thru the services of our webhosting company. Each email address will have the following format callsign@msham.org. Members should concact the webmaster@msham.org for their password. This email should include your callsign and a personal password if you have one otherwise a randomly selected password will be assigned.

To use the web-based email service or for instructions to configure third party email software you must access the website's email portal mail.msham.org either from your web browser or from one of the links on on the website. To use the web-based email service you MUST use your callsign as the "E-Mailbox Name". For questions that you may have send an email to webmaster@msham.org.

NOTE: The hosting company uses very effective spam filtering and virus scanning.

2008 Field Day

Just one of the interesting aspects of Field Day is new ways to erect antennas or unsual antenna supports. What does this year have in store for JARC? The only way to find out first is to join us at this years Field Day at the Old Trace Park on the Reservoir on June 28-29.

We need operators, volunteers, VEs, and stations accessories. If you have fans, laptops, meters, etc. and would like loan them or your services for the JARC Field Day activites please contact Andy Anderson at wb5tte@msham.org or by phone 601-857-4329. 2008 Capital City Hamfest

This year a new full line Amateur Radio Dealer, C.T. Morgan & Associates form Chattanooga, TN., along with the help of all our other dearlers, and beautiful weather brought out the crowds to the 2008 Capital City Hamfest. JARC looks forward to seeing everyone next year on the first weekend in Febuary 2009.

2007 Diabetes Walk

Don't forget the 2007 Diabetes walk on Oct 21. Contact Mike Flanagan, WM5A via email if you would like to volunteer.

The 2007 MS 150 Bike Ride The MS Society 150 Bike Ride was a hugh success. Beautiful weather, good food and fellowship made for a wonderful weekend. Mark you calendars for the 2008 edition of this fun event.
