Membership

The membership meets at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Cross Building on the third Thursday of each month.

Membership is open to all licensed amateurs, members of their families, and other persons having an interest in the hobby of amateur radio, that have never been convicted of a felony. New members may join at any time and pay prorated dues through the end of that year. Renewals of membership are payable annually by January 1.

  (Full member 65 or over)
ASSOCIATE MEMBER.......... 9.00
  (Unlicensed persons, or licensed amateur living outside a 35-mile radius of Jackson)
FAMILY MEMBER................. 4.50
  (Licensed amateurs, or other persons living in the same household as a JARC Full Member)

Active dues paying members may join the JARC-Mail e-mail group at Yahoo.com. This e-mail list is used to allow club members to share information that (a) is prohibited from Amateur Radio by FCC Part 97; (b) is better shared in a private forum OFF the radio; or (c) is of immediate need to the entire club community.
